The site includes a Canadian Tire store, a Service Ontario office (839 Yonge Street), and a Canadian Tire gas station (835 Yonge Street). It also includes a parking lot.

Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited owns the site.

A mixed-use building with a 10-storey podium that connects two towers; the 49-storey tower would front Yonge Street and a 41-storey tower would face the TTC corridor. Retail space would be located within the podium. Other elements of the proposal include open space, retention of a heritage façade, cascading green roofs and outdoor amenity space accessible to residents.

The façade of this building will be retained and integrated into the new development. It will act as an entrance to the retail space.

It is the intention of Canadian Tire Corporation for a Canadian Tire store to remain on the site and continue to serve the community. First opening its doors to customers in 1937, this location has had a lot of historical value for the company. It is one of the oldest Canadian Tire stores in the country.
